
Counselling allows you to explore your feelings and emotions in a safe space without judgment. It is not about giving you advice it is about helping you to look at the possibilities. It helps you to work through your problems by understanding emotions and behaviours. Exploring how the past may have affected the present, how to manage and change your behaviour to help you move on.
Counselling helps you work through disturbed feelings and thoughts that may be repressed as you find them too difficult to talk about and hope that they will go away, often resulting in anxiety, panic attacks, disturbed sleeping patterns, ill-health, low self-esteem and destructive behaviours. Counselling can help you with this allowing you to explore your feelings and find your way.
